Team Approach
Unlike a typical home inspection where a single engineer visits and inspects
the home, during a commercial visit HomePro uses a
team of Licensed Professional Engineers or ASHI Certified Inspectors
to perform the inspections. For larger buildings, it may be necessary to enlist
the assistance of licensed contractors for specialty items such as elevators,
security/alarm systems, and fire extinguishing systems.

Every commercial inspection is unique, therefore, we
offer a variety of inspection services to meet your specific
needs. Typically, all the major systems in the commercial property
are inspected, including; Structure, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning,
Plumbing, Basement/Crawlspace/Slab, Kitchen (if applicable), Interior, and
Exterior. Required maintenance is recommended and life expectancy and projected
replacement budgets are estimated for the major systems: heating/air conditioning
systems, water heaters, roofing system.
However, you may choose to have only specific systems and components inspected. Whatever your needs, the onsite inspection will include a detailed written report with summary.
