Home Inspector Training
In 2006, under Article 12-B Real Property Law, New York State required Home Inspection Professional Licensing. Among other things, this law requires specific training for an individual wanting to enter the business of home inspections. The training consists of 5 modules totaling 140 hours of training. The class room training is 100 hours and the field-based training is 40 hours.
Currently, HomePro Inspections offers personalized training for Module 5, 40-hours of field-based training. While a home inspector-in-training can purchase their field-based training through a training school, they will not get the individualized training they will get with HomePro Inspections. The truth is, too many new home inspectors enter the marketplace ill prepared. While licensing is good to establish a bare minimum requirement, it is not nearly adequate to develop a competent home inspector. The 40 hour field-based requirement is just not enough, therefore, make sure you get the best field training possible. See the advantages of taking your field-based training with HomePro:
HomePro Inspections offers this personalized Module 5, 40-hour field-based training at the cost of $800.
