"Not surprisingly, given George's experience and qualifications, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and excellent value he provided. George is very thorough: every single plumbing fitting, electrical outlet or junction box, floor/wall/ceiling was inspected and pictures were taken. All appliances were put through their paces and inspected. He reviewed his findings with me, answering questions I had during the process.
George is punctual and respectful: He takes care to leave the site in the same condition as he found it and was very careful when inspecting the panel box, furnace, and other 'sensitive' items. George comes to the site on time and with the proper tools required for the job.
After the inspection, George sent thorough results and images to me in a timely fashion. This was possible because he took excellent notes and uses the appropriate 'tools of the trade', i.e. pocketPC, digitial camera, etc. to get the job done effectively.
