John Fraysier is our pest inspector and he is New York State licensed for termites and other wood boring insects. John’s 12+ years of pest management experience includes quality assurance and rounds out the team’s offering by providing pest inspections for FHA and other mortgages. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Environmental Science and is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspection Institute. Pest inspection reports are available for an additional fee.
