	George Cline, P.E. George Cline is President of HomePro of the Greater Rochester Area which he founded in 1991 after attending the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, Virginia . He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Buffalo. George is a NYS licensed professional engineer, a NYS Certified Radon Measurement Provider, and a NYS approved Technical Instructor for continuing education. In addition to full home and commercial property inspections, George consults with home and building owners on specific concerns such as wet basements, structural issues, roofing problems, heating and cooling systems, ice damming and attic ventilation problems. He has trained several home inspectors in the field and is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
	Rick Papaj, P.E. Rick Papaj is a NYS licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Buffalo. He has over 16 years of engineering experience and has been with HomePro since 1997. Since that time he has completed hundreds of building inspections including residential and commercial structures. Rick has extensive and varied experience in the Civil Engineering field, managing municipal highway and bridge projects, and in the home construction field, having built his own home. He also participates in the training process of new home inspectors.
	Chris Sheridan, P.E. Chris Sheridan is a NYS and Pennsylvania licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has over 14 years of engineering experience and has been with HomePro since 1999. Chris has extensive Civil Engineering experience in residential, commercial, highway, utility, and bridge construction. He also participates in the training process of new home inspectors.
	John Fraysier John Fraysier has over 12 years of experience in the pest management industry including quality assurance and pest inspections. He is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute, holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Environmental Science, and is a candidate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is a member of and actively participates in the local Rochester ASHI chapter. John is also President and Chief Inspector of Fraysier Home Inspections. His extensive expertise is called upon by the affiliates for all pest inspections. John’s experience with termites has helped him construct a map of the Rochester area where termites are most likely to be found.
	Bill Richards Bill Richards is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Bill is President and Chief Inspector of ProTech Home Inspections and has been performing home inspections since 2000. He has extensive experience in the field of quality management and is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is a member of and actively participates in the local Rochester ASHI chapter.
